1. Client NDAs & Confidentiality

Elehorn Media routinely engages in high-security commercial film production and unreleased product unveilings. All treatments, project briefs, assets, and unreleased scripts shared with us are treated with strict confidentiality under non-disclosure standards.

2. Synthetic Media & Intellectual Property

All custom neural models, LoRAs, and 3D datasets trained specifically for client deliverables are the exclusive property of the commissioning client upon final delivery and settlement of production contracts.

3. Data Collection on Site

We do not sell, rent, or trade your inquiry information. Information collected via our project inquiry form is strictly used to evaluate and communicate regarding potential commercial creative engagements.

4. Email updates and service providers

If you request studio updates, we store your email address and consent time. Your subscription becomes active after you confirm it by email. You can unsubscribe using the link in that email. Inquiry and subscription data is stored on our IONOS server. Resend processes email delivery on our behalf.

We use an essential session cookie for administrators. The public site does not require an account. Videos uploaded to the site are served from our own server.
